It’s round textural palate delivers a harmonious palate of exotic spiced red fruits of cherries and plums. Balanced by fine tannins and well-measured acidity, it’s both dainty and deliciously moorish. 100% wild ferment, whole berry with gentle pigeage, followed by 7 months in new and old Sirugue oak; a natural malolactic in barrel. Low tech and careful, labour-intensive traditional winemaking with no winemaking addition, delivers a truly beautiful and natural expression of Hesket “Jingella” Pinot Noir.

Deep crimson red hue: dark red to black cherry and ripe plums dominate the palate with a background note of complex oak char that falls back into the background once the wine is decanted.
A rich,opulent and creramy palate with fine tannins and spicy integrated oak work with the natural acidity to give both structure and length to the palate. Notes of wild raspberry, forest floor and fresh earthy notes come later as the wine opens. It is a strong and assertive dark fruit laden wine that will give immense pleasure over the next 10 plus years.

A deep sanguine hue. Consider black cherries and blood plums some orange peel zest and roasted beets. Earthy brooding with an over lay of rose petals lifted by dew drops. Above medium bodied.
