The Real Review
Medium ruby garnet, this hints as a meatier type of pinot, with concentrated aromas of baked rhubarb crumble and cherry compote, and hints of forest floor alongside smoky charcuterie and light cedar oak. Light-bodied but with everything in the right place: silky fruit weight balanced by bright acidity and a dusty, savoury amaro tannin grip at the end. Lovely now and sure to improve over the next few years
