Without any hesitation, the best Jingella release to date. Brilliant, clear crimson hue; a potpourri of red to black berries, musk stick, dewy rose petals, baked beetroot with an emerging forest “sous-bois” charm. The palate is medium bodied, with air it becomes richer and even more compelling. Raspberry and black cherry flavours are embraced by a fine tannin structure and balanced acidity keeping the wine in a savoury mode. This wine is enjoyable now, but for the best result, decant and give it time to reveal its complex multi-faceted layers. Better still, cellar for a few years to enjoy the development in bottle.
