The second vintage of the Hesket Estate Rouge. Made from 50% Macedon Ranges Pinot Noir and 50% Canberra Shiraz grapes from two unique vineyard sites that express cool climate fruit. Aged in seasoned French oak barriques. A compote of red berries, sandalwood and dark chocolate. The palate is round and defined with bright acidity and fine tannins drawing the juicy red fruits on a long and savoury journey. Still a young wine that is enhanced with air in the glass.
