This sparkling is a marriage of chardonnay and pinot noir grapes carefully selected from the estate. Citrus and toasted cashew flavours combine with baked bread and brioche characters to present a broad flavoured and interesting sparkling wine. A twist of lemon and mineral acidity gives the wine a crisp, lively but dry personality. Best served well chilled with oysters, crayfish or soft cheeses.
