One of the most complex Hesket Chardonnays to date. Tarte au citron, rolled oats, golden delicious, grapefruit, white nectarine and peach exert from the glass. The palette unveils nougat, honey, mace, nashi pear and stone fruit. An umami hint of nori is enveloped by a luscious mouthfeel that tames the vibrant acidity. The finish is long and harmonious. Extremely approachable now but will most certainly be a very long-lived wine.
