Wild yeast fermented with time in both neutral French oak barriques and stainless steel. Pale straw in colour. The palate demonstrating characters of pristine fruit with a lovely bright fresh citrus. Delicate and sophisticated with natural acid that will enable it to cellar for the years to come.
The Real Review
Straw and dried wildflower aromas, lemon and pastry, a little yeastiness. The wine is light-bodied and reserved, delicate and fresh, with a slight dip in the centre, a dry balance and harmonious finish.
